Roasted Garlic Flakes


Good to use in chili, soups, stews, casseroles, dressings, gravies, sauces and marinades, pickles and dressings. Rehydrate flakes by soaking them in water for 30 minutes. Use 3/4 teaspoon garlic flakes in place of one fresh clove.
